"Exceptional well equipped one bed apartment located just 5 min walk from Gard Du Nord. Ideal for my business trip. Plenty of restaurants close by, with a supermarket just across the street. Nice little balcony to sit out and enjoy a morning coffee. Host check in was easy."

"The best experience! We were delighted to live in the apartment, the space, rooms, furniture, everything was just great. Everything there, every last detail is left to chance, from causing positive emotions interior space and ending with the maximum convenience for tenants. The view from the balcony was fantastic. Even though the apartment is located in 2 minutes walking from the train station, no noises bothered us at all, and moreover the bedroom's windows face the courtyard. Despite the nearness to the train station we had no negative experience. The grocery shop Monoprix (open till 23.00) is just in front of entrance, and 2 metro stations are in close proximity, so it is easy to get to any spot in Paris. Our host Jami was really nice and helpful, we appreciated her help We had all required support properly and in time. We even had a chance to leave our luggage after check-out which was just great. Our strongest recommendation!"

"Das Appartement liegt iin unmittelbarer Nähe zum Gare de L: Est, sehr verkehrsgünstig. Es ist großzügig und neu errichtet, geschmackvoll und effizient eingerichtet. Da in der 5. Etage, war es auch sehr ruhig mit kleinem Balkon und Blick auf die belebte Umgebung. Durch gute Heizung auch im Winter zu empfehlen."

"Ein Hinweis auf die 5. Etage ohne Aufzug wäre notwendig, denn 96 Stufen sind etwas mühsam. Für ältere Leute nicht so geeignet. Die Küche ist effizient, aber etwas abgezählt eingerichtet"
